Description: Q Center’s evening of crazy coifs where you can strut your stuff, enjoy some wine, and bump bouffants on the dancefloor with some of the community’s best. Judges will comb the crowd for those showing outrageous flare, so work that glue gun. Prizes!

This event is taking place in Portland, OR at the Q Center (www.pdxqcenter.org). That's their queer community resource center. I attended their Glam Prom last month and had a great time. There's more information about this event on their website.
