I recently used attempted to use All About Beauty's service and was horribly disappointed. During the most crucial time when, if a facilitator such as All About Beauty was to be utilized, they were not available as they were moving their office. Unbelievable that an organization would commit to a relationship with a client knowing full well that they wouldn't be available to provide the service that was expected. Then, the ultimate offense, after acknowledging that they failed to deliver the services that they were intended for, they actually had the audacity to charge 50% of the fee for, literally, not having provided even a moderately acceptable level of service. In my case, there was not service provided as I had to do everything myself. I warn each and everyone..avoid All About Beauty.
