| COMMING OUT Life through the eyes of a Transsexual: PreOp to PostOp. My name is Catrina. I am a pre op soon hopfully to become a post op transsexual. I must admit to being in a very privileged position that I am able to afford to have surgery though the sale of a flat in the North West Highlands of Scotland. I shall be very sad to lose my links with this part of the world because it is very beautiful. Alas, I did not feel that the small Highland Community could cope with a Transsexual. I feel that I would be very isolated within the small village community...and also perhaps I would have a hard time of things with the big matcho fishermen. |

| A new life has begun, I am who I want to be. I just went out for the first time on Saturday, it was scary and wonderful. It was with all crossdressers and they made me feel at home. The party was a Ladys Night Out given by the Dressing Room in Detroit. I met wonderful people and forgot to get email addresses, don't you make that mistake have a paper and pencil in your purse, you just never know. This was the first time totally dressed, and my first time out all at once! If I can do it you can too! Call up the Dressing Room and just do it! I am over 200 miles from Detroit and I'll be going back! |
