I am ecstatically happy with my results from Dr. Meltzer. Not only is his surgical skill among the very best, his bedside manner and his entire staff made the entire experience my SRS the most wonderful and memorable event in my life.

After carefully evaluating all of the surgeons and talking to a number of patients of several Doctors I decided on Dr. Meltzer and had my surgery on April 21st, His wonderful deameanor and incrediable staff plus the new facility in Phoenix made for a tremendous experience. The aftercare and follow up were first rate and I would be happy to recommend him to anyone.

I could not have had a better experience with Dr. Meltzer and his staff. Yes, I have the result I always envisioned but I also had a loving human experience during my stay in Scottsdale. I echo Rachel Grant's comments about the fracility, the nurses at Greenbaum and the aftercare, first rate. I would also not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I had surgery with Toby back in March of 2003. He's funny and his staff is absolutely awesome as is the recovery center and their staff.

For me, I had some trepidation going into surgery. I have many medical problems including diabetes, kidney problems, liver problems, severe hypertension, etc. Hell, I've even had a stroke... just before my 28th birthday.

During surgery, Dr. Meltzer took his time and made sure that everything was done correctly. Instead of his usual 3 hours, mine took somewhere between 4 and 5. I had very little pain after surgery, but I have a high pain tolerance. In addition, I suffered no complications at all, though I also contribute part of that to the excellent post-operative care by Dr. Joy Shaffer. She is one of us and specializes in T* care. If you're in the San Jose/San Francisco area, I highly recommend her.

After a year since surgery, I can say that my clitoris is extremely sensate. I can't compare how sex was before surgery since I never had it till afterwards, but everything works very well. At least, I've had no complaints from my fiance. :)

So, I'd highly recommend Dr. Meltzer to anyone. :) He's an excellent surgeon and Greenbaum recovery is an excellent place to recover. Plus, you get the room to yourself. :) Always a bonus :)

It has been over a year since my surgery w/ Dr. Meltzer. I can honestly say, it has been the most wonderful experience. I echo what the other girls have said about all people associated with my visit to Scottsdale. I did have one little problem when first having intercourse. Dr. Meltzer and a urolagist worked with my regular dr. to address the issue, within hours of the condition becoming apparent. Everthing is now perfect.

I visited Toby and staff in March 2006.. for consultation on GRS, Breast Enhancement and Facial Feminization.. I found the Dr and Staff wonderfull and am looking forward to this coming Septeber. I will let you know how it goes... but I have all the confidence in the world with Dr Meltzer.

It's been almost 2 yrs and i'm not satisfied at all with my outcome. My facial surgery was a waste of money, i still have masculine features. I mentioned to Dr. Meltizer how i was very unhappy with his work and he walked out of the room. I regret my SRS/Facial surgery with his office. His staff was rude to the fact i was extremely unhappy. I guess were supposed to be grateful that someone would do the surgery. I still have bleeding down there. It just has been a totally disappointing experience especially what he charges.
