I think Dr Suporn is the best SRS Dr in the world because he constantly achieves the best depth results (average depth is 7") and his results look great as well as are very sensitive. Personally, I am 7.5" and am more orgasmic than before srs. He is also a cheaper alternative to Dr Ousterhout for FFS (though not yet as good as Dr Ousterhout).

I am very pleased with the results Dr. Suporn did to me (good looking result & well functioning with very good sensitivity and very good ability for achieving orgasms - even achieving multiple orgasms is possible). Therefore I rated 10 for his SRS. I had also FFS with him.

I am delighted to add my endorsement to others on the long list of Suporn posties. When I did my research I found that the other surgeons had mixed reviews, while I was unable to find a single Suporn alumnae who was not WILDLY ENTHUSIASTIC about him.

In a nutshell, the trip is hard and it won't be a fun month. But my results have been outstanding. I am sensate and orgasmic. I urinate cleanly. I had no post operative complications. And several doctors and nurses have commented that the appearance is indistinguishable from that of a natal female.

I am 6 months post - I can tell you that the trip is hard and being away from my home was trying for the month I was there. Dr Suporn, his staff and surgery were all first-rate. I am also orgasmic post operatively. Appearance and function are excellent. I recommend him without reservations. I would suggest that if you are able to have someone accompany you there and remain to help during your visit and help pass the time, do so. The nursing staff; however, will fetch and provide companionship should you require it.. and they always do so with a smile.

Today I have reached 6 months post-op and I could not be happier. Dr Suporn has given me a new lease on life. From the moment I arrived in Thailand I was treated with care and respect. Dr. Suporn has to be the best SRS surgeon in the world. On deciding on who to go to, my boyfriend and I looked at everbody's SRS results..etc, and Dr. Suporn was definately our choice. I don't know how it could get any better than the job he did on me. It looks so natural and genetic. Sesation is great. Depth is 6 1/2". The hospital care staff is prompt, reliable, knowledgable and friendly. His personal staff care is out of this world. They are truely honest, genuine and so friendly its amazing. It wouldn't be way in the states-that's for sure. I am extremely happy that I went to him. He is the best in the world!

I'm just over 3 months post op, and the results at this stage are excellent. Depth is a good 7-1/2", sensitivity is fabulous and aesthetically you could not ask for more.
Dr Suporn's organisation is brilliant, from being picked up at the airport, transfers to the hospital, daily nurse visits on discharge and weekly visits to his excellent clinic. His staff are courteous, very competent and very friendly

I picked Dr. Suporn based on the rave reviews of those who had experience with him. I am extremely happy I did so, he is a caring individual that strives to deliver more than he promises. He is a wonderful surgeon, a great technician and an outstanding Artist that takes immense pride in his work, I would trust any feminization work to him without a second thought. As a side note, the hospital he uses is an outstanding hospital and offers first class care.

I am now over a year post-op and look back at my experience in Chonburi with joy and gratitude. I never thought I would savor memories of a surgical experience, but the country, the people, the smiles! My depth, appearance are very good. My sensation is wonderful. I had a sexual relationship with a man who did not know. First time was a bit painful, but there never was any bleeding.

I'm now just 8 weeks post-op following my GRS on 14th November 2003, and the results are excellent, despite a haematoma & some surface necrosis. I'm (very!) sensate, the appearance of my genitals is natural and I've maintained my 7" of initial depth. I am now almost 5 months post-op for SRS and still extremely pleased with the work of Dr Suporn. I have complete sensation and I have increased the depth from the 6.5 inches he delivered to 7.0 inches. He in viewing me pre-op stated that he could only promise 5.0 inchesa, but gave me the 6.5 instead. There is a great staff of nurses at Aichol hospital and his clinic staff are all outstanding. Seven days in the hospital and three weeks of attentive after care at the hotel, marvelous and he is well worth the expense.

Sa Wat De Kha! All the previous reviews you have read about Dr. Suporn is TRUE! TRUE! TRUE! I had my SRS with him October of 2003 and I couldn't be more happy or pleased with the results. DR. Suporn is more then just an outstanding surgeon. He is a true artist at what he does and he takes great personal pride in helping his patient to complete their transitioning into becoming the person they have always felt they were inside. There are excellant surgeons all over the world who do SRS. But the cream of the crop is located in Chon Buri.

I feel the Suporn Experience sets the benchmark in excellence for surgical practices provided to the transgender community. From my experience, I feel confident in saying that Suporn is currently the most competent SRS surgeon out there. I found him to be warm, humble and confident. He seemed to possess an innate ability to set my mind at ease. His staff – especially Wannee – made what could have been a very scary experience into one of the most profoundly grounding and enjoyable experiences of my life. I cannot say enough about him or his staff.

I too did internet searches before choosing him for my SRS and could not find anyone… anywhere… who had anything but good things to say about this man and his staff.

My surgery took place February 18, 2004. At almost two months out, I can say that I am very happy with the results! I am sensate and the outcome (even at two months) is quite excellent. I went there with a whole 3” to work with and have a current depth of 7”. I experienced no complications and have no hair where it isn’t supposed to be. His one-step surgical technique is amazing.

I had SRS and AM with Suporn in November, 2003; today I am just short of five months out. I have about 7" of depth (up from the 6.5" I had immediately post-op) and I'm regularly dilating with 1-3/8" and 1-1/2" stents. My appearance is quite good, no hair in weird places, I've had no trouble with urination and I was multiply orgasmic at only two months post-op (pretty much as soon as the pain came down enough to make playing with myself practical). I have had minimal (but not quite zero) pain for the last couple of months, which is steadily getting better. My nipples suffered no ill effects, and my breasts are exactly what I wanted as far as size and shape. On top of that, it's clear that the aftercare Suporn's staff gave me has made a huge difference; my breasts are soft and move very naturally! All told, I am simply ecstatic with my results both top and bottom! Dr. Suporn so clearly cares about his patients, and his bedside manner every time I saw him was so soothing. His staff is amazing (Hi everyone!) and took such good care of me. Frankly, the only complaint I have about the whole thing is that I chose to fly economy, and that sucked rocks. Next time I go to Thailand (and I will be going back at some point, just to see everything and everyone again) I will be flying business class!

I had srs about 6 weeks ago with Dr Suporn. The clearest way I can say this is, if you have SRS with any other surgeon in the world then you just screwed up. Dr Suporn not only gets the best results both from an astetic point of view but from depth and sensation as well. I went to Dr Suporn circumcised, with maybe 2" of material to work with. He performed a miracle. I ended up with 7" of depth, totally sensate, and the apperance even at 6 weeks post op even now indistinguishable from a genetic female. The after care is so good that unless you have experienced it first hand you simply cannot imagine it. The best description I can think of is imagine heaven its like that. You can litterly walk off the plane with nothing but the clothes on your back and never want for a single thing.

I must admit to having a regret regarding my surgery as performed by Dr. Suporn; as I was engaged by the Morpheus of anesthesia, I was unable to observe the artistry with which he corrected the cruel joke of the universe I had endured for so long.

The aura of compassion emanating from this man and his lovely wife is palpable; one can not be in their presence and not feel cared for and loved. Even if my natal progenitors were still alive they still would be replaced in my heart, Dr. Suporn and Aoi are my true parents, their staff my younger sisters.

I imagine my experience quite different from most, starting on the morning of 30 October 2003 when prior to surgery the entire O.R. team including Dr. Suporn joining me in laughter at the ridiculous sight of the bottom part of my very long legs hanging off the end of the operating table. The only post procedural pain I experienced was sciatic in nature on the third or fourth day after surgery; two acetaminophen tablets relieved it in short order, never to return. I wore jeans the day after my release from Aikchol, was extremely active with no problems with mobility, and eschewed the use of the obsequious “donut” within two weeks.

I formed bonds with some of the other clients and the staff that quite probably will last throughout our lifetimes; we cried and more importantly laughed together in a way that sealed our relationships with love.

There is not much I can add to the previous reviews, except to mention that Dr Suporn performed his SRS miracle on me over three years ago (June 2001). I thought his technique was perfect then but he keeps refining it even further. When I had my SRS, overseas patients were a bit of a rarity in Chonburi. Earlier this year, I went back for some cosmetic surgery and breast implants and was amazed at how his overseas clientele had mushroomed. The "new" clinic is superb and the much expanded clinic team is as good as ever. Oh and I have to mention The Mercure Hotel, which is only yards from the clinic. I thought it was a cut above the other hotels I'd stayed at before, in Pattaya. I had to spend quite a lot of time in my room, after the latest surgery, and the staff could not have been more considerate and helpful. Many thanks to Wannee and the other clinic staff for all their aftercare and friendship, too.

I am having my surgery with Dr. Suporn in the middle of January, 2005. the closer i get the more nervious I get. I have done all the research I could to make sure i found the right surgeon to go too. And I would honestly say it has been a challenge. there are so many mix reviews about surgeons, and some of the pictures well aren't so great, and of course lets not forget that everyone seems to say their surgeon is the best. so confusing when sometimes some of the surgeon's work dont seem so pleasing. I wish there were more information online on Surgeons to stay away from and why, and Surgeons that are infact the best but not claim to be the best. All I can really do is to pray and hope that everything goes well and things look as they should without complications.

At two years, I am still very pleased with my SRS from Dr. Suporn. Six months ago, I went back for facial surgery. Looking at his latest work, I do believe he is now the best FFS surgeon in the world. Plain and simple. His patients have less bruising, faster healing and less pain than any other surgeon. As I said previously that would update you on my progress following my SRS is just over a month following my SRS operation and all I can say is the previous reviews on this surgeon are true I have had a miraculous recovery and also I have 9 1/2 inches of depth . I had 8 inches immediately after the packing was removed his his personal staff that are of the suporn clinic are indeed excellent. However I did find the hospital was lacking in cleanliness and attentiveness I found most of the nurses there to be rude and uncommunicative . All they said was 'ask Dr.Suporn' I found this to be extremely unhelpful due to the language barrier and also I am actually a doctor myself so I do have some insight into potential problems. Due to my medical training I do know that it is abnormal for any patient to excrete 2 L of urine on the hour every hour through a catheter, it generally means one has an infection a bladder infection! However the nurse insisted on telling me it would be impossible due to the antibiotics I was on. So after being discharged from the hospital and back at the Mercure , after 24 hours I was rushed back to the hospital and has another catheter inserted and blood tests confirmed my earlier diagnosis. Dr Suporn is an excellent surgeon for SRS and delighted with my results cosmetically it is identical to a genetic female as the depth I am above the norm of a genetic female. Personally I would not consider having any other cosmetic procedure with the surgeon because I have my own personal plastic surgeon and also I and XXY chromosome so I didn't need a TCR or FFS on the whole experience is life changing to go to Thailand to have the best SRS operation in the world is worthwhile, and worth the discomfort the travel and also the expense I wish to thank you all, I hope you found my import to be helpful and I'm sure Dr Suporn will rectify the nursing issues as after all he runs and excellent clinic! My dream of becoming a complete woman was fulfilled when I had my GRS (Gender Reassignment Surgery) in February of 2005. It was in Thailand and it was with Dr. Suporn Watanyusakul. I don't remember much of it anymore and I probably blame the aneasthesia for it but what I do remember is the excellent care of Dr. Suporn's staff and how I was well looked after during my stay there. Before considering going to Dr. Suporn I browsed through the stories of his former patients and read about their experiences and their praises. My experience had its share of pain but I was fortunate enough to go through the whole ordeal without any complications and my recovery time was swift. I could tell you now though that all the pain that I went through during that time was all worth it. I realised that when I had my first multiple orgasm (Yes, you read it right!) I can have multiples and I can't even begin to describe how amazing it feels. But more than the orgasms, the surgery gave me a level of contentment I never thought I'd find. I used to hate looking at myself naked in the mirror because I didn't like what I saw. Now I'm satisfied with what I see. I'm complete and I'm happy because I'm now the woman that I was meant to be. I don't know how many times I told my friends about how happy I was with the decision I made and how I have nothing but enthusiastic praises for Dr. Suporn's work. I wrote this because I want to thank all those people who looked after me while I was in Thailand. First on that list is Natta who has been my tour guide, driver, friend and care giver while I was there. Aye, Pui and Jib for the excellent care and the Thai cooking lessons. Natta's sister who was always there when I needed meds. I had SRS with Dr Suporn just over 6 weeks ago. Working with <2", he gave me 8"- but advised me to only dilate to 7.5" as I'm not very tall! For sensation and cosmesis, better than I could have thought possible. The result was not perfect : there was a 2 sq cm patch of necrosis on one of the inner surfaces of the labia minora. I also have some nerve problems around my outer thigh. Both problems are slowly resolving, and should be OK in 6 months at most. Simply the best SRS surgeon in the world, with surgical aftercare second to none. I actually cried when I left, the people at the Clinic were so kind! Unreservedly recommended for SRS, and given the quality of the care, I'll be going to him for any FFS I can afford too. I've seen his results at the clinic, and they're as good as I've seen from Dr O.

Having carried-out research by various means over more than a one year period, I came to the conclusion that Dr. Suporn was the only Surgeon performing SRS towards whom I felt totally confident in entrusting him with my body, not least of all because the outcome would reflect how I'd feel about my prospects for a new life in the future, by achieving the pure happiness/contentment in state-of mind accompanying having the "correct type of genitalia", which was also vitally important due to the wasted length of time I'd spent "living the lie" (63 years) before taking the step that I'd increasingly found was inevitable if I were to gain "quality of purpose" in my remaining years, through thereby overcoming "the error of nature". I now know I "got it right" when making my very well-informed decision by choosing Dr. Suporn as the person best suited to perform my SRS, since he's not only a genius (measured by the end results of his "work of art creation", a view shared by both my Gentleman-friend, and "backed-up" too by a Gynaecologist at my local Hospital who "checked me out" on my return to the UK), but also because of the team he's assembled around him, a band of "little-Angels" who assist each of us Patient/Clients with anything and everything if we find a need to obtain help-with during these early days of our healing (vitally important first steps in our overall recuperation). It's true Dr. Suporn's technique leads to a more-lengthy timescale of full-recovery, although in my opinion this is not even a consideration when weighed against the added benefits gained in comparison to the outcome of surgical skills and methods performed by any of the other Surgeons on a Worldwide basis. I wouldn't say I had "an easy time of it" during the first five months post-op, but all discomfort was worthwhile now that I'm able to measure against the further two-and-a-half months elapsed up-until the present time of writing this account of my personal experiences. I'm Sensate, Moist, Hair-free internally, have good depth (seven-and-a-half inches), a totally realistic aesthetic appearance, and Dilation never causes me any problems or pain. In addition, Dr. Suporn is a most unassuming Man, modest in own-opinion of himself and his skills, along with being highly respectful towards each of his "extended family" (the description applied to each of his Patient/Clients), but please don't be led into thinking this outlook by him is simply because we're paying him for his services, because I know for a fact that money is of secondary importance to him and his beautiful Wife, the delightful lady named Aoi, both of whom it's an honour for me to have met and know. I just returned home from Thailand three weeks ago. my surgery was on July 17th. I can not say enough about the whole experience. From the moment you are taken from the airport to the time you are returned, they treat you like family. The care before, during and after is nothing short of the best. Dr. Suporn is a proffesional and a perfectionist. He has truly advanced the srs field of surgery well beyond the penile version technique. The look even after only 7 weeks is remarkable. I currently have 6.75 inches of depth and I had a 5.5 inch penis that was circumsized. I have kept in touch with many patients I met and this seems to be the norm for depth. Please don't cheat yourself from receiving the best results and the best treatment. I believe if you do your own research you will come to the realazation that he is in fact the best. In had surgery in march 2004 i have had no problems at all i cannot say enough about him he has changed my life totally I am going to see him in october 2007 just to say thank you to him I have very good sensitity and do not need any lubricant I have been with men that do not know and they have never suspected anything

I am glad to see such good reviews of Dr. Suporn,the hospital and his staffs. I am a 22 year-old old Fil-Thai pre-op transexual who's planning to have SRS and FFS before the year ends. This site and the reviews are very helpful for me in choosing a good plastic surgeon. Without a doubt Dr. Suporn tops the list and good to know that some of the links on the reviews here includes pictures to manifest the wonderful word of mouths. This past week has been a bit more challenging for me deciding if I really want it and surely I have decided to have it. Can anyone send me a link to some pics of the FFS before and after photos aside from what is on his website?i'd really appreciate it because I am considering having my chin,jaw and forehead done though I am already quite passable. SRS, 2002, Totally happy as per natal, stretchy depth 7" -looks - feel- orgasms - get wet - wow. Don't need to dilate. Great fun. Dr S has the best opp available, you only have this once so get the best, he has my trust as I have passed 6 close friends to him for srs the whole exp is excellent. Remember it is an invasive opp that his skilled team seem to make easy. Notes> Take some tea bags, learn some Thai and get out and about, eat Thai, shop, enjoy. I am an 18year-old pre-op. I am looking forward to having SRS with Dr. Suporn late 2008-earlier in 2009. A good friend and I are planning a trip to Thailand 4-5 months from now to have a pre-consultation(get introduced and take a tour and what not).
