This story is unbelievable...but unfortunately true. I was looking to get a few nice peices of lingerie for my hubby before he got home from Afghanistan. Well, he specifically found one he liked off of 2Cute lingerie's website. So I ordered it. I waited and waited for it to show up. It was near impossible to track the order. Then about a month later I get an email from this guy named Jeff. He said that the price for the lingerie was actually $10 more than it was listed for so he will charge me more, or cancel the order! This is after a month of of not hearing from anyone, and this is how they want to make it up to me. I have never ordered anything online where they actually came back to me saying that even though it was listed at $24.99, they really meant to have it listed at $34.99, so they are now coming to collect the due amount, even though they had me waiting a ridiculously long amount of time to even contact me about anything. AWFUL TERRIBLE DISGUSTING customer service!! I of course told him that they owe it to me to sell it to me at the listed price or else I will look elsewhere, and he said "have fun shopping"!!! Isn't this against the law?
