Erm, KK, could you rephrase the question or elaborate a tad more?
Truthfully: I don't understand the topic (nor victory-topic) at this point.  ???

My failures are everyday that I feel I want to be a certain way but am too afraid to just go out and be it.

If we have failed personally in anything, it has to be that we have failed each other. There have been times in our life that we were not able to support the other and the balance was lost for the briefest of moments and those moments stand out in my head even today.

Otherwise we feel the journey is ongoing and any mistakes or problems will be learned with and dealt with as they occur.

My biggest mistake is that I have not worked nearly enough on my voice.  (I know, what does an androgyne sound like?...seems to me we discussed this before but I am too lazy to add the topic reference here.)  It is difficult to make people wonder if you are male, female or what, when no matter how you look you sound like a guy...and presenting as (mostly) female just makes it worse.

Strangely, my hair (or lack thereof in places) is a current worry, but nothing I will do anything about for a while, if ever.  While I am building a wish list...nose job, cosmetic dental work and breast augmentation could easily be added.  Maybe winning the lottery to pay for all this?

Failures, I've had too many to count.  The biggest one is in trying to explain what is an androgyne and why I believe I am one.  This one will just take more practice and probably a little more research to help answer some of the questions I know will be coming.  You know, little questions like the one my best friend asked me, "If you say you are not a woman, why are you trying to hard to look and act like one?"  Somehow, the "because a part of me is and wants to show it" answer just doesn't quite explain things well enough.

Hope this helps.

Now I do understand the topic I will reply:

My greatest failure was my naïvity; the incapability to realise that my self-discovery was not only a blessing but curse likewise; that although I roam through ancient, unbound, fields I stand rather solemn in my new gained freedom, and that the twin-bladed sword I decided to carry cannot strike what only exists within minds. The world I have gained is one that remains in my mind, one that is maintained on a level where it is assumed inexistent; thin air, a quiet breeze occasionally brushing by but disregarded[...] Yet, now that I realise what have I truly gained?... Only a sense to be damned for all time.  :-\

Failed to be me?
Failed to be who I am?
Failed to be what I should be?
I have not failed. I am as I should be.
I am pleased to be who and what I am.
Always, and in all ways.

Success has no gender. :icon_yes:

Being successful at 'gender' is a different matter.
If an effort is needed to 'be' a particular gender, it's safe to assume one doesn't possess that particular gender identity in the first place.
Be your own gender. Success is guaranteed!  :icon_joy:

I'd say my biggest failures come from lacking the confidence to be myself and trying to become what everyone wanted me to be.  But then again, knowledge comes with age and hindsight is 20/20.  You can't grow if you don't make mistakes.  :-\

Also, weight issues.  But damn it all, I hate dieting and excerise!  >:D

No no...dieting is fun!  I'm on 3 or 4 of them right now.  I eat my allotted points on Weight Watchers, then pop a Jenny Craig meal in the microwave and drink a couple of Slim Fasts while I am waiting for it to cook.  It's all in how you look at things.

Good point.  Now if only gym memberships didn't require that you show up for them to work.  ;)
