CAME OUT TO MY GRANDMOTHER
« on: July 20, 2008, 04:20:38 am »
Yes I finally did it. I finally came out to some one in the family. (drops one out of the countless of giant rocks from shoulders)

She was very accepting. She even brought some good points that I just might be two spirited person.  I'll talk to my therapist about that.

That's wonderful! Your grandmother sounds like a very special person.  :)

WOW.

I almost had a heart attack when you said that. Because grannies don't tend to take it well. My last living grandma doesn't know and I don't want her to know until I'm transitioning. My grandma is very conservative and would hate the idea.

She's a nonjudgmental person and grew up in San Fransisco. Which she tells me that a straight male can walk down a street with no one giving a second look. :icon_walk: Even my dad is the same way except he grew up in the same town I did. Well step .5 is done and over with and now to the planing of coming out to the rest of the family.  :eusa_think:

Hi Ell sweets haven't crossed paths for a while.

As for me I just let go and let God when it came to family, there was no way I could convince them to look at this phenomena from my perspective. My two duaghter have found a plac ein life and they are doing well. I was blessed with good healthy as souns as any 30 year old.

Amrisa  I will send prayers that all continues to go well with you.
