Reading your story Cindi had me frozen.  How you endured all that and how you handled it alone, I don't know.  It takes a lot of personal strength to do that.  I hope the courage you displayed here in sharing this leads to healing.  You've carried this burden long enough.  I hope you can put it down and live a free life.

Cindi, your story is heartrending.  Even through all the words I can feel the scars you still carry.

That is the problem with rape.  Nothing, no amount of retribution, can return the innocence that was taken so brutally.

They say that a burden shared is a burden lightened.  Please know that I gladly share your burden with you.
