There is a lot of good pumping info out there and a google search will net a lot of them. I am not allowed to post links but the site BMEzine has the most info I have found. I found pumping to be pointless with my anatomy. The labia minor prevented a good seal. I did have success with pumping the entire area as opposed to locally pumping the clit. I found saline infusions to produce the largest and most permanent (it lasts 24hrs) visible changes. For instance pumping lasted 15- 60 minutes and produced about 50% improvement while infusions lasted 24-48hrs and gave me about 90% improvement. Look for acupressure cupping sets as a good easy start.

I should mention both have potential dangers with infusions being definitely higher risk. However proper training, supplies, universal precautions and sterile approach make infusions no more dangerous than an insulin injection or IV. If you are thinking of doing infusions please check with your doctors, some people could make themselves very ill by disrupting the fluid balance in their bodies though since the majority of people are dehydrated they would actually be helping their bodies. If you are the sort to drink insane volumes of water saline infusion is not for you without medical supervision of your electrolyte balances. A good vet can walk your through the process which is used in animals with kidney failure.
