    Kara Hays, 26, from Ohio, has spent a fortune attempting to emulate the 90s pop singer
    As well as undergoing a sex change, she says that she also takes after her idol in other ways and shaved her hair to look more like Britney Spears after having a breakdown
    She says that prior to the surgery she never felt happy but now feels 'liberated'

A male pop fan who idolised Britney Spears has undergone a sex change operation to make himself look more like the star.

Transsexual Kara Hays has now spent over £60,000 on gender re-alignment surgery and breast implants.

The 26-year-old, who was born a man and used to be known as Kody, now has long-flowing blonde hair in imitation of the 90s pop singer.

A BRITNEY Spears fan has had a sex change so he looks just like the singer.

Transsexual Kara Hays, born a boy named Kody, paid £60,000 to achieve “the perfect look”.

Kara, 26, said: “When people said to me they could see Britney in me, it was a huge compliment.

“I viewed her as a very strong woman.  Everybody wanted to date her."

Good luck with THAT project, maybe not to tricky with the current version of the star. I just spend T Baht 510'000.00 on part of face and BA, ad 400'000.00 last year for SRS. And today I look more like some ancient overfed milk maid, badly heeled and badly f*cked.
Nothing comes easy in this situation of ours. Just saying: Good luck to her whatever they call it in the papers...
Post op-effects of yet another 8 hours being under general anaesthetic?
How nice that would be; only I don't quite see it right now.
