Some good news...losing weight!
Arch:
Congrats on the six pounds. I hope it keeps going without your being sick.
jmax:
Thanks. Am feeling better today.
Cindy.:
Congrats on losing the weight. It's a good motivator to keep on going.
I hate to say it but I'm also one who can eat virtually anything and not put on weight. I'm the same weight now (60 kilo) as I was at 18, and there have been a lot junk consumed during that time. But I do work out and always have.

Michael Joseph:
For me I just stay the same all the time. I can eat really healthy for a month and not lose anything, or stuff my face for a month and not gain anything. I just always stay about the same but im happy with that.
jmax:
When I was a kid, I was really skinny. Once I hit puberty, the weight started packing on. I wasn't a sedentary kid, even long after puberty. I was always out rollerskating, or swimming, or riding my bike, karate, "sword fighting", or hiking through the woods.
I've tried to maintain some physical activity over the years. People are sometimes surprised that someone who is "obese" can do the things I can...like canoe down a river for six hours with nothing to eat or drink (one of the best days of my life) or be really good at skating or be able to lift as much weight as what I can. Last year I spent a lot of time at the gym, but was always self-conscious because I was the fattest person there. Then I got sick for a long time and put on steroids so I could be able to breathe. The few pounds I'd lost came right back and then some. So frustrating.
