How to ENLARGE diameter of NIPPLES?

And I have found no way to enlarge them.
Did read on one site that if you have them pierced they will get a little wider.
But I say no thanks to that.

I was talking to my cousin about this one day a few months ago. She's a cis woman and her nipples were quite small until the age 24-25.

If you just want for a special occasion wear them for an hour or two, or if you want some permanent growth just use daily for a while.  If you are on HRT you probably will see some milk (I did).

Yeah everyone seems to be different with this kind of stuff...wider aeriolas and bigger nipples. They either happen or they dont....but might still happen over time.

If you are talking about the Areola, the only way I know of is to have the color enlarged via tattooing. There are people who specialize in this procedure.

Fundamentally, if you increase the blood flow to the area, then you can increase the engorged size.  There are people who do this a kink.

Sorry girls.  Mine are slowwwwwwly getting bigger, but I think it is one think that I got lucky at.  Whoopie,  Bigger Nipples.  Oh wee.  Why could I not get a bigger butt and wider hips.

This size #1L (long) on the left in comparison to the #1 on the right is without texture. Yes they're sold in pairs. If you have out grown the #1 you can move into the #1L or the #2M. The inside diameter is 7/16 of an inch or 11mm. The working length is almost 1 inch. The head on a US dime, nose to the back of the head is 7/16.

Don't know if you ever saw Farrah Fawcett Playboy pictures back in the day (dating myself), but she had pencil-eraser size nipples.  Keep these on overnight and you will too.  First time I did it overnight I was to embarrassed to go out, even with a bra on.  Took about three months of pretty much daily use to get the size I wanted.  I can't imagine anyone wanted anything larger than this size, but......

They say to use lip balm as a sealant when you put them on but I found that Vaseline works better and doesn't dry out as quickly as the lip balm so they keep their suction longer and don't fall off.

These nipple-enlargers worked really well for me.  I started with the size 3, because my areolae were penny-size.  Now the 3's are too small and I can't wait to see what the 5's do.

Yeah mine have grown some since HRT (16 months, just about) but they aren't huge and my nipple doesnt stick out and up as much as some girls either.

I like em though...and the boys seem to too hehehehe

If you're talking nipples, I can speak from personal experience that piercing WILL increase the size and sensitivity

I'm worried about mine being too large lol. I'm like the one transwoman who wants to be taller and small nipples =p. Mainly as others said it is genetic. Some bio woman have large areolas and others have small. It can depend are race, cup size, hormones, and family history of what certain traits will look like. Also the bigger your breasts the more likely the nipple/areola will grow.

Besides if you've only been on hormones for a year it will take more time. I heard that full breast growth can take from 3-5 years. Have patience

I don't think most people care about nipples when they see a pretty woman, there are many things that make you beautiful that people will focus on =)
