LB Hannah is a Educator working as Special Assistant to the Vice President for Student Affairs at the University Florida. They are finishing a PhD in Higher Education Administration, researching the impact of diversity policies on higher education. Hannahs also serves as the Chair for Strategic Development Initiatives for the National Consortium of Higher Education LGBT Resource Professionals.
