I know othersa will probably say well why do you need that but the thing is I will probobly never have the body but I atleast need to know understand and control my emotional side, that I have to carry with me everywhere and its not something I can leave on the bus.

In touch with emotional self

Acceptance and physical changes are critical to me, but without that self-acceptance, without being able to FEEL the world as I should - even if it that means feeling mostly pain - there's just no point to the rest for me.

Further changes, the RLT, reintegrating as a woman... all things I look forward to and certainly need. But in many ways, when I stopped running, opened my arms, and willingly let my dragon swallow me whole - THAT was the pinnacle of transition for me. The rest... are just details.

Other...

The mentality....  its more than just emotional...  I mean, really,  life for me seems to offer so much more now... and I notice so many more things now  :)  Its all about whats inbetween the ears not what's connected below the neck.

I voted for the aspect that is most important to me although I would like all the other this is the heart of it. In touch with emotional self. What I mean by that is that I want to be myself all of the time. To be myself doesn't mean to control my emotions and feelings so that I meet others peoples expectation but to be able to be me no-matter where I am or what I am wearing.  I just Just accepting my emotions as an expression of who I am. So I plan to live life to the fully by not ever closing down part of myself again, no matter what other think.
I haven't fully accomplished this yet but I am working on it. And I do feel beeter about myself than I have felt since I was a small child.

for me it is a couple of things.

i want to be accepted primarilly, but to do that i have to feel right with my body, which i dont feel i can do with a penis in between my legs.  I want to wear the clothes too, but that isnt quite as important, i just want to be able to be me.  relationship wise i dont think i can function as a heterosexual man because i dont feel like a man.  i want a romantic relationship with a woman, but i am a woman so that would be a lesbian relationship....right?

It should be recognized that some or all of these things ARE important to many people. Everyone has their own - and perfectly valid - priorities and needs.

I chose acceptance.  I guess I'm really different.  I have no desire to be accepted as a transgender.  Rather, I would just like to be accepted as a woman.  I know I'll never have a curvy figure or win a beauty show, but I just want to fit in with the gender my brain keeps screaming that I am.  Looks are, for me, only a method to achieve this.

I chose "other" and would say compassion is the most important thing about being a woman. A woman tends to be better at critical thinking and having the ability to be compassionate, accepting and understanding.

I went with acceptance.  Since I have that already for the most part, I have been looking at going further such as socializing, compassion ;), and just creating good in the world.

that is why i find i am a spiritual person and not religeous in any way.  i dont follow any structured one myself, i just find what makes me feel good spiritually and work on it.

for example playing and listening to music
walking out in nature, that which my creator has made for me to live, the ultimate in beuty.  nature is the most spiritual and pure thing that exists.

This was on our church sign for a couple of weeks:

"People of the Book put people before the book."

I love my church but I don't always love my Church  (big C and little c intentional)

I highly doubt that there is any gg on earth that thinks DDD boobs and lingerie is the most important aspect of their femininity - or any true TS for that matter.

True, they ARE important to transvestites and crossdressers.

I went with acceptance too by the way.

The question was simply, "What aspect of womanhood is most important to YOU?"

Not "what aspects of womanhood would only a TRUE TS value?"

I'd imagine there are members here who DO value these more erotic aspects of womanhood, and I don't feel their views should be dismissed as being invalid.
