Guidelines for philosophical discussions
« on: June 03, 2007, 12:21:52 am »
I'm not trained in philosophy but I love a good discussion.  And yes, even the Sentient Chicken is a good exercise. Actually, it was quite thought provoking.

Since we are creating discussions of real thinking in this section of the forum, let's keep them oriented towards critical thinking.  We encourage dissenting viewpoints.   But please... show us how smart you are... give us information, logic, and reason behind your statements.  Tell us why you think the way you do.

Please remember that the same rules apply here as they do throughout the other forums.  Please keep the offensive stuff off the table.

This sticky, is up for modifcation.  You have some input?  PM me and I'll make any changes that seem worthwhile.
