How do I get my research approved by Susan or Cindy?

Hi!
 I'd like to place an ad looking for interview participants for my dissertation, but my account doesn't allow me to send private messages, and I'm not sure of how else to submit my request to Susan or Cindy, so I guess this is the best I can do for now. How do I get in contact with either of the wonderful forum moderators in order to further discuss this?

Could somebody please contact me with instructions?

I will  forward your request to Cindy as she normally reviews research requests. We have the information from your other two posts that were removed however it may be a few days before Cindy is able to review your request.

Cindy:
Send requests to host research topics to Cindy@susans.org.

I will normally need a copy of the research topic and a clearance from the institution ethics committee to host the survey.
