Connecting with other LGBTQI+ people in Islam

Asalamu Alaykim!

I myself am a genderflux trans woman who is panromantic and polyamorous. I really don't have anyone who I can talk scripture with or anything religious really. I really want some other people in the community who are Islam so I can actually share my religion with others. I'm tired of feeling isolated from other Muslims.
