As they say, "practice makes perfect". The more you live as your authentic self, the easier things will be, and the happier you will be. The dysphoria will not be quite so bad either, even if it still persists. As per voice, even I occasionally feel dysphoric when someone with a super feminine voice speaks or sings ... even tho my voice is in a normal range for a woman of my age.

Everything becomes easier once you done it again, again, and again, then it'll like second nature. I got over my fear of driving this year, no I would say I'm weak at parking, but I go to empty places to park. I got over my fear of high ways too, although you got to be on your game when you drive.

I'm not going to be able to be those type of people who eat, talk, listen to the radio (unless its elevator music; like I would listen to Christina Aguilera boring songs... instead of her good songs). I don't know how they do it.

The reason why I started driving was because I needed it as a skill because Uber was getting expensive, and I want to go to places more easily than being coop in my room.

This song could help you in your situation.... ***I am a huge Twiggy 'as a musician' fan; I love her songs**

I would think that boring music would make you sleepy, like listening to the sound of your tires on the road. Quite frankly, I prefer a little symphony mixed with metal, such as Metallica \ S&M. It pays to stay alert when driving.

I'm too paranoid on the road for that kind of music lol... I need soft-listening music, more instrumental.

**started really driving the past 2 months, bought my first car**

Right now, two Jewel albums sit in my vehicle (the singer who made 'You were meant for me'), and 1 Xtina, but I only listen to Xtina slow songs on that album while driving.

Do what you can, feel comfortable with Life Must Go On!! I am one of the most conservative people you'd ever meet feel "transgender" and "activist" is a contradiction in terms.

'Shame' can be a healthy thing that can spur on us on to do, BE BETTER!!!
"But it's no use now," thought poor Alice, "to pretend be two people!
"Why, there's hardly enough of me left to make one respectable person!"
