Here are a couple resources.  http://www.tgrcnm.org/resource-list/   Otherwise from what I can see New Mexico is a wasteland. You can find therapists online who do counseling via Skype. You might want to look into them. Good luck    It appears Texas Tech in El Paso has a program.   http://www.elpasotimes.com/story/news/local/2015/08/23/texas-tech-health-sciences-center-opens-el-pasos/71938200/

And the people at TGRCNM are awesome and will try to help.

Why do you need a psychiatrist? Your councilor should be enough  for hormones.
The center is open 1-6pm and they will try their best to help you out.
Good luck
Kitty

As to why I need a therapist is that is what I thought since my therapist can't prescribe drugs, as for the center in abq new Mexico, I work over nights and it is hard to call during those hrs, but hopefully I can stay awake long enough on Monday to call I tried a,few times last week

I recommend trying FB messenger too. You could have a slow conversation.
Hopefully they can direct you to a doctor or if you can make it there on a Tuesday, there is a physician there that can prescribe
