Thursday would be the last day that I did NOT have French fries.  They are the scourge of my waist line.

It's been a couple months or so, from a food truck that frequents my work place. The fries are double fried on peanut oil and they'll cover them in almost anything you want, cheese, chili, bbq pork, general tso chicken! They're so good, but I always want to fall into a food coma afterwards.

French fries, Home fries, Steak fries, Chips, they're all just fried potatoes to me - I guess it depends on what I'm making for dinner that night but I usually just call 'em fries, wedges or chips anyway

Hash browns now are a whole other subject LOL  >:-)

Do the frozen kind count. Cuz I always keep a bag in the freezer for when I get a craving.  Did any one say mayonnaise?

But seriously. 2 weeks ago at McDonalds (and all I ordered was small fries off the value menu.)

Yesterday a cis friend named Jessica brought over burger, fries and a shake from four local burger places and performed a blind taste test.  It was fun!  As far as the topic the steak fries won (or are they chips or crisps or whatever)

 What!? When I live out thataway the thing was malt vinegar and salt on fries.

 oh to answer the question that would have been friday with the jalapeno poppers and tempura shrimp I deep fried for my sister and I.
