Strawberry shortcake - a ton of locally grown strawberries at peak flavor, freshly whipped cream, traditional shortcake, with some fresh basil leaves on top. You may not call that a dinner, but I bet my dinner is tastier than yours.  >:-)

Huli Huli chicken made with boneless  chicken thighs.  Much tastier than the more expensive chicken breast.
https://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/grilled-huli-huli-chicken/
I reduced the recipe quantities down to 1 tbl of sugar to marinate 6 oz of chicken and cook it in the air fryer for 7 minutes per side.

Steamed white rice with Nori Furikake.

Coconut custard pie.

Meatloaf.
Be a good example of good behavior.  Always be kinder than needed.  Be tender to others.  You are as beautiful as the thoughts you think and the words that you speak.   Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding.  Knowledge and action shown without love is not impressive.  If you look for the good in people you will find it. Healthy relationships are so important to good living.  Serve others.

Good living, joy, unity, love, and happiness can come from following these practices: Never let selfishness or conceit motivate you.  Regard others as more important than yourself.  Do not limit attention to only your interests, but include the interests of others

It is not usually about how fast you transition, it is about how well you transition.

Blackened halibut, long grain and wild rice, and local sugar snap peas. Finished off with more strawberry shortcake. Yummy for my tummy.

Sweet potatoes mashed with butter, cinnamon, nutmeg and a dash of honey. Steamed asparagus overcooked while I focused on mashing the undercooked sweet potatoes, and a couple tortillas that I cooked in a dry pan.

Just made a lamb Rogan Josh , the left over leg of lamb has been roasted to make a lamb with onion and green pepper dish (sounds like a Jalfrezi to me!) . Only have red pepper but thats fine. Have loads of veg curry that I brought back with me from yesterday so all this will last a week.
