changing name and email on iCloud

hey does anyone have any info on how to change your iCloud account email and name so you don't lose your music or app purchases ?

Go to this apple screen, and log in. When you change your profile, all your devices may need to be logged in again. Because I created my account before there was an iCloud, I needed to redo my security questions.
