Intro from ftm
« on: May 24, 2018, 07:04:14 pm »
Hi all, my name is Baxter, I am in early transition from female to male. I have a straight male partner and we have an eight year old son. I am here to find support for my partner. Please is there anyone here who is familiar with our situation? Many thanks.

Welcome, Baxter!

While I cant relate to your situation, I'm sure there are those on here who can and do.

I think you might find topics located in these boards helpful:

Significant Other (other significant others post here, as far as I know),26.0.html

Female-to-Male Transsexual Talk,27.0.html

There are also plenty of posting from a FtM perspective throughout other boards.  But I wouldn't know specifically what to search for.

I hope that is helpful for you, Baxter!

Much love,
Looking to make and keep friends! Spreading the love, now that I can truly love myself!

I just want to say I like your approach I had to do a similar thing going mtf. You obviously have a lot of time and respect for your partner.
 Kind regards, Kirsten.

Welcome Baxter.

I have a straight husband and two teenagers. My husband is now pissed. It took him 6 months to process the fact I am transgender. He feels betrayed that I ”came with this now, after 20 years together.”

He is asleep and won’t talk to me.

I wish I could connect our husbands. But my husband refuses all kinds of interactions with other people about this matter.
