I never grow tired of Coil:

It took over 40 years to realise, and believe, that what I am NOT, is a mistake.

Another one (for some reason, I thought this would have been a good Star Wars sith theme):

So difficult that one, I think they're both great equally.

What do you think of this performance?  I think it could be the best version out there, good guitarist as well:

Yup really great,I love her dance ;D such a wild girl :)

Oh yeah, love ELP!

Now I'm listening to pretty much the polar opposite though. Cro-Mags, one of the greatest 80's Crossover Thrash bands, just released their first record in 20 years, & it RIPS.

Still relatively new to them, but this is definitely my favorite so far.

I just finished listening to an unsung guitar hero by the name of Jackson C. Frank.  I discovered him purely by accident on YouTube around Christmastime 2019. Jackson was very much in the Greenwich Village folk scene of 1960s, and went to Great Britain in 1965, where he performed, and recorded his only album.  He was in his 20s at the time, and influenced quite a few English and American acoustic guitarists such as Paul Simon.

Unfortunately the guy had issues galore.  When Jackson was in music class in the Buffalo grade school he attended in the early 50s, the building's boiler exploded.  15 of his classmates (including his childhood sweetheart) died in the ensuing fire, and he suffered major burns on 50% of his body, that left him in pain to varying degrees for the rest of his life.  Jackson also suffered from crippling anxiety, that hamstrung his performing (as a result of it, a curtain had to be put up in the studio used to record his only album, to block the recording booth from his view, before he was comfortable enough to play, and even then it took forever to record some of the songs).  The album tanked, and Jackson went back to the US, got married, and had a child, only for his baby son to die of crib death, and his marriage to crash and burn.  As a result he spent some time in mental hospitals, and homeless on the street (where he was shot in the eye with a BB gun).  Jackson ended up dying of pneumonia at age 56 in 1999.  As an old friend of his said - the guy always seemed to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
