Pre -Transition diet
« on: July 06, 2019, 01:04:21 am »
I am starting my road to transition from Male to Female and am curious as to what food to avoids in the mean time. I have already cut most meats except chicken and ocassionally pork and turkey, but would like the community's thoughts and advice.

Welcome to Susan's Place. The best diet is a balanced diet with the proper number of calories. If you enjoy meat, eat it in moderation. If you eliminate meat, that's find but make sure you get enough complete protein in your diet. Humans can be healthy eating many different foods as long as they are properly balance.
