SoCal best clinic/doctor to continue with?

My therapist wants me to find a good doctor or clinic for the medical side of my continued mtf journey.
I reside in Palmdale (SoCal), so am primarily looking in this area.
I did start HRT with informed consent with planned parenthood, but they are limited in what they can do for me.
My current PCP can do referrals once I have a letter from my therapist showing I have been under her care for at least 3 months. However the endocrinologists that are under my insurance near my home are rated bad when I look them up on line.

So is there anyone with suggestions for me to try?
