If somebody is bothering you by PM, use the report to administer button on the right of the message to report the message to an administrator. It will ask who you wish to report it to and I would suggest Cindy.
I don't know if you have access to your profile but if not, you will have it when you reach 15 posts. The setting is Profile>Modify profile>Personal Messaging. You may block individuals or all members. You will not be able to block staff but staff is on their honor to properly use the personal messaging function of the site.
