I'm a female but something just hasn't felt quite right. I've been getting a lot of dresses lately but I'm starting to think I'm just trying to deny it because I'm scared to face the possible truth. I don't know what exactly to do

Welcome to Susan's Place. You haven't provided much information however normally a gender therapist could help you with this. Because of the place you posted this, I assume your young and probably unwilling to come out to your parents at this time. Probably  the first thing would be to become more sure about yourself.
