Hi Janet,
I had GCS 11/15/2016. Three months post op I had a clitoplasty. Prior to that The glands was exposed. I was very tight in that area. I had GCS then the clitoplasty procedure. Then a revision that also surgically revised the clitoplasty and did a bunch of other things. Next I had another revision. All toll I had 3 operations and two procedures with one more to go.
I had a graft that partially died. There was scar tissue and a lot of vaginal canal pain. The clit was exposed for 3 months then covered. The entire glands penis was used. I am 3 years post op and my clit is smaller then 50% of woman. It is cute

.
The pain
So one thing you can do is help your brain associate the pain with pleasure. So when I would dilate and pee and whenever I would gently rub the nerves and stimulate them. Then associate a pleasurable area with the rubbing at the same time. Maybe it was the massage, maybe it was the stimulation, maybe it was the association but the pain went away and I have very strong sensation and pleasant .
Be patient. Gently stim the area where the nerves are associated with pain and stim an area that provides pleasure near by. Repeat often. It takes time.
Oh, the texture of my clit is super smooth and extremely sensitive. In order to have a clitoral orgasm you need to gently stim the area and very gently stim the clit. As you get aroused you can apply more stim. It is a super sensitive area.
Orgasm is a sneeze. Builds up over time then you just cannot hold it back. I used a series of vibrators. One time I used an anal, vaginal and clitoral vibrator simultaneously. Never damaged my V and that was a concern starting out. Most enjoyable buy sadly the O came very quickly.
Nerves some how when they rearranged themselves after the operation got mixed up messages. Some thought stim was bad. Through retraining and perhaps time and healing the nerves sense pleasure now. The clit is ultra sensitive and need very gentle handling until it is ready for more stim.
Best,
Rachel
