Be a good example of good behavior.  Always be kinder than needed.  Be tender to others.  You are as beautiful as the thoughts you think and the words that your speak.   Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding.  Knowledge and action shown without love is not impressive.  If you look for the good in people you will find it. Healthy relationships are so important to good living.  Serve others.

Good living, joy, unity, love, and happiness can come from following these practices: Never let selfishness or conceit motivate you.  Regard others as more important than yourself.  Do not limit attention to only your interests, but include the interests of others

It is not usually about how fast you transition, it is about how well you transition.

Not sure.  I had some pulled pork for lunch and it was good.
Nothing right now sounds very good.  Perhaps I will eat later, it is early any way.

I have been thinking of some problems some people I know have and that is more on my mind than food.  Many a time you should just listen to people say what is on their minds, not offer possible solutions unless they ask, and then they need to make decisions and take action themselves.

I think a lot of times many do not want to hear of any possible solutions.  They just want a caring person to listen.  So I listen.  More comfort and understanding is what they seek.
It can be cathartic.

But, I still think about what they are going through.  So, I am thinking.

Leftover half of an Italian sub that I also had for lunch. So bad, but so good.

Chicken wings.  Not those half wings or little drumsticks but the whole wings.  Very good.

Those are better if you want more than an appetizer.

I had Japanese style chicken and egg over rice.  I seared the cubed chicken thighs and then carmelized the sauce and onions so it was very good last night.  Then I added more sauce for cooking the well beaten egg.

Felt very much like comfort food today.   Tuna Casserole (which since no one in our family likes green peas, I make with green beans)!
