I would like to eat a nice steak.

But, I do need to be mindful as I go off a
short duration fast.

Enjoy your meals!    :)

One of my easiest meals to make.
Chop up Chinese pork sausage and add it to a automatic rice cooker with a a keep warm function.  Let it keep warm for 15 minutes and it is done!

Made some pizza dough and stuck it in refrigerator for a later meal.  Bought jar pizza sauce and low moisture mozzarella cheese for a topping.

Well, I could not wait, so I am having a late lunch or a very early dinner of rib eye steak.
It is on the grill now!

Time machine back to the 1980s: Fish sticks and tater tots.

Pretty good! I snazzed them up a bit with seasonings and herbs.

Dear Chrissy:
Much the same with me, I had a giant late lunch with a client so I am not planning dinner tonight... perhaps some snack type food.
