Fish and green mango curry, mango was a bit to ripe but it still tastes fine.

Sunday:  A hamburger.
Be a good example of good behavior.  Always be kinder than needed.  Be tender to others.  You are as beautiful as the thoughts you think and the words that your speak.   Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding.  Knowledge and action shown without love is not impressive.  If you look for the good in people you will find it. Healthy relationships are so important to good living.  Serve others.

Good living, joy, unity, love, and happiness can come from following these practices: Never let selfishness or conceit motivate you.  Regard others as more important than yourself.  Do not limit attention to only your interests, but include the interests of others

It is not usually about how fast you transition, it is about how well you transition.

Went to outdoor socially distanced party and I made Maryland crab cakes for everyone with some ratatouille and pasta salad on the side. Devil’s Food Cake for dessert. Fun.

Made a veg Balti , spice paste made from scratch from internet recipe . Its enough to make 4 meals for 4 servings and can be used for meat as well as veg. From memory its 3 tbsp tomato puree , 12 cloves garlic, 2 ins ginger root, 3tbs ground coriander, 3tbs  ground cumin , 3tbs garam masala , 1tbs ground cinnamon and 10 red chillies all ground in a blender to make a paste with 125 ml water. Can be frozen.
Sliced onion fried till soft, add paste and cook 2-3 mins then add veg or meat . 400 mil tin tomatoes and 400 mil water then simmer till done , add peas , rind and juice from a lime and dress with coriander leaves .

Pepperoni pan pizza needs the oven warmed up to 450.  I think I save some energy by warming it up to 350, baking some chocolate chip cookies, and then setting the temperature to 450.  ;D

Last night I had a leftover broiled crab cake and some ratatouille. The crab cake came out perfect - so good!

It's been a multi-day effort, but tonight was lasagna.

A meat sauce that included Italian sweet sausage and beef, homegrown garlic, and home made Serano chilli flakes (just a pinch).

Cheeses that included, mozzarella, American, ricotta, cheddar and parmesan.

All baked for nearly two hours in our dutch oven.

Devlyn and I will now be captive on the sofa until this goes down and we can move again!
