I was inspired by the recent hash browns thread so I made a potato hash with chicken sausage, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes. Yum!

Sarah

I have tried a chicken sausage with apples in it.  That was tasty.

My mom made pot roast, and it was A+ good. Tender and tasty. If anyone doesn’t think pot roast can be amazing, they haven’t tasted my mom’s - always a winner.

It will be beef cooked in whole spices with rice and some veg , not sure what yet but have green beans , carrots , leak, potatoes, mushrooms. Probably end up making a dry mix veg curry, better as its "steamed" with only a spot of oil to cook the spices in.

I had one more chicken Italian sausage to use up. So I made a Sausage, Pepper & Onion sandwich, which included cooking the mixture in wine for bit. And I had an orange for dessert. Yum.
