Well stuck in with time to "spare" I have made a curry fusion, masala paste from freezer and red onion as a base, 2 chicken breasts part fried first, 500ml pack of tomato passata, and some veg that needed using. Cauliflower, potatoes , sweet potato, carrots . Also made a peach cobbler as the ripen at home peaches were starting to rot before they were ripe , added some frozen mixed fruit as not enough peaches.
