On Monday:  Chicken nuggets.  Fries.  BBQ sauce.  Nothing spectacular.

After work this evening I will be going to the home of my Tooth-Fairy sweetie....  we are going to brush the snow and ice off of her BBQ Grill and cook Cheese Burgers.

I am bringing a Pasta Salad that I made early this morning.

Leftover rotisserie chicken and mashed potatoes and freshly steamed broccoli (because leftover cooked broccoli is generally terrible).

Grilled Jarlsberg cheese sandwich and rice with Chinese pork sausage.  The easiest way to prepare this raw sausage is to steam it in an automatic rice cooker.   :)

Change of plan: New York slice of pizza. The hole-in-the-joint pizza joint I went to got good reviews and it didn’t disappoint. Probably will get a whole pie later on during the trip.

Angel Hair pasta, homemade meatballs and homemade pasta sauce.   Before I went to work this morning I made the meatballs and pasta sauce so all I have to do when I get home from work is to boil the pasta and heat up the meatballs and sauce.    I will make so Garlic Bread to go with dinner along with a hot vegetable... peas and carrots.   ... and of course I have desert available.... cookies to go along with my after dinner coffee.

Still quite cold here...it is now minus -16 degrees (f)below zero and
going down to  minus  -24 degrees (F) below zero tonight.
The sunset is happening now at 4:00PM here and it will definitely get colder... along with a brisk and bone chilling wind.

Well stuck in with time to "spare" I have made a curry fusion, masala paste from freezer and red onion as a base, 2 chicken breasts part fried first, 500ml pack of tomato passata, and some veg that needed using. Cauliflower, potatoes , sweet potato, carrots . Also made a peach cobbler as the ripen at home peaches were starting to rot before they were ripe , added some frozen mixed fruit as not enough peaches.
