Working late again at my office.....
I had dinner at the next door coffee shop:

Salmon Steak, Cole Slaw, Chocolate Milk Shake.

.... then, back to my office, more unending tax work.

Made a stir fry with tofu covered in rice flour and garlic chile sauce, red and yellow peppers, carrots, celery, zucchini, broccoli, tomatoes and a packet of Indian spices from Trader Joe's. Served over rice, makes leftovers for 3 more meals yay!

Dear Randi:
Your Stir Fry sounds terrific.  I love Stir Fry ... so easy to customize to individual tastes.

You do what I do when I cook meals, I make enough extra so I can have portions
or lunches or dinners a day or two later.

Thank you for sharing your cooking and dinner menu.
HUGS,
Danielle

@Northern Star Girl

If I drank a chocolate milkshake and tried to head back into work afterwards, there is no way I could recover from the food coma! I don't how how you are able to push through that sleepiness!

Chicken strips I think but dinner is a few hours away...
Be a good example of good behavior.  Always be kinder than needed.  Be tender to others.  You are as beautiful as the thoughts you think and the words that you speak.   Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding.  Knowledge and action shown without love is not impressive.  If you look for the good in people you will find it. Healthy relationships are so important to good living.  Serve others.

Good living, joy, unity, love, and happiness can come from following these practices: Never let selfishness or conceit motivate you.  Regard others as more important than yourself.  Do not limit attention to only your interests, but include the interests of others

It is not usually about how fast you transition, it is about how well you transition.

A chicken breast sandwich and fries on Friday.  Fries on Friday.  Seems appropriate to me!

I bought local scallops today.  Otherwise known as dry or day boat scallops that aren't soaked with TSP.  TSP prevents them from searing, which is why I avoid frozen scallops.  Also a nice porterhouse steak that I'll divide up into one filet mignon and two NY strips.  And fresh corn for veggies.

On this wonderful Saturday evening, I am thoroughly enjoying a warm turkey and cheese sandwich made with Artesian bread.

Went to a small "dinner party" tonight with a couple of my Gym Gals friends...
Cheese Burgers and Hot Dogs... Chips and Dip, a small Ice Cream Sundae for dessert.

It was 56 degrees (f) and a bright, clear and sunny afternoon...
