Dear readers and followers....This morning before work I went to the gym with my sweetie and
several other gal-friends in our Gym Gals group for our weekly meeting.
Before the Gym-Gals group was a thing, I would go to
the gym by myself.... at that time there was a
"creeper" guy
there that would stare in long gazes and he would also get on a
treadmill or other machine right next to me. He almost always would
park himself on a bench or an exercise machine very close to the entrance
of the women's changing and locker room.
He made me feel very uncomfortable and it appeared to me that he was
following me around the gym.... you can read my comments about that
unpleasant experience in my first Blog Thread here on the Forums in early 2018.
At that time I was trying to deal with 5+ different suitors that were vying
romantic attention. I had zero experience being the sought after woman in
relationships... definitively interesting learning experience, and sometimes
frightening and confusing.
I am the HUNTED PREY : Danielle’s Chronicles https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,236395.msg2123029.html#msg2123029I had complained to management and they immediately took care of the
problem and now I always go with other gals and we workout together.
The "safety in numbers" rule certainly applies in the gym and when shopping
and other activities. It is a real blessing to have accepting friends
around us when we are out and about.
Safety for us as women that venture out alone is a big concern.
Be safe out there, wherever you fall in LGBTQ definition there are
those that do not wish us well, so be careful and aware of your surroundings.
HUGS and best wishes... stay safe and stay healthy.
