UPDATE: June 10, 2010 .... noontime  51 degrees(f) and Raining

Dear readers and followers:
Last night after I got home and had dinner I decided to bake some goodies to take to my office so I can share them with my friends and clients.

Cinnamon Rolls made with lots of brown sugar, cinnamon, and raisins.
After they cooled somewhat I frosted them.....   very YUMMY !!!!!

Update:  Thursday afternoon, June 17, 2021.

Only 4 days until the Summer Solstice and the longest (very long) day
of the year here where I live.

With the long sunlight hours the weather and the temperatures are getting
markedly warmer every day.  Today got up to 66 deg (f) partly cloudy.
Tonight it is supposed to go down to 48 deg (f)

Sunrise this morning was at 2:59AM
Sunset tonight will be at 12:29AM (just after midnight)

That is about  21½ hours of the Sun above the horizon and then
the night time night skies will be nothing more than 2½ hours of twilight or dusk...
very little in the way of darkness and no display of the stars in the sky.

Here is a picture I took from my back yard about an hour after midnight last night.

The flowers are blooming, my veggie garden is growing, and I am doing whatever
hiking I can do this summer while I can enjoy the long and warmer days.

HUGS and best wishes to all of my readers, followers and friends here on the Forums.

Beautiful picture Danielle. All that light will give you more time to bake. :)

Even with the cloudy sky it was getting light at 3.45 am (TMI comfort break) and the birds started to sing as I fell asleep again at 4 am. We missed the thunder storms and its turned fresher/cooler but rain is on its way.
