Thank you! It feels huge! And a giant weight fell off.

I called the state of Utah after I got the information. The lady at Vital Records made it sound like there is no official paperwork to send in. I think having some letters from a therapist and a doctor about my transition is going to have to suffice. I read somewhere that I might need to fill out another name change form and write on it that it is for a gender change.

These states that have no official procedures are difficult to navigate.
