well enough to make this for tea as well , Jalfrezi and recipe says broad beans and red pepper but side bar says any root veg, courgette or broccoli and you can use any left over meat so this had turkey leg. Went down well with a stuffed paratha .

It was, 2 meals worth left as well. Makes a great use up what's in the fridge, threw a hand full of green beans in .

That's ok I wont use any on Sunday!!!
Hectic day at work, had enough TBH and told assistant manager I was going to quit. See what tomorrows like he said, yes same rubbish was my reply ( but not that polite!!} . Will see but its wearing me out.

Jus t as bad today but modified my routine and made some time saving, then when I logged on for last test found they have now added checking battery , wiper blades and lights before being able to start test . Takes the biscuit , daft thing is wipers and lights are part of the test---------
 The girls are filling out in the cleavage area at last.

Davina, cleavage is always good especially when you first realize you have a little and then find a bra that hold them nicely to see it.

Davina! That is good news. I've finally started developing in the cleavage area too. It's about time for me. I'm still looking for that perfect bra to accent my cleavage. I've tried a couple with no luck as yet.

Ooh yeh, a search well worth continuing! When you find that bra it’s
A) wonderful and
B) very hard to resist wearing immodest tops to demonstrate the bras capabilities!

In my case the boobs are not so big but the cleavage concept was irresistible!

Yes girls a good cowboy bra works wonders ( its an old joke, as in round them up and move them out!! ) wearing mine last night to open mic. Played a lot of Cajon last nigh and no splits to fingers so the cream is working!! 3 local musicians that only got together 2 weeks ago (more as a chance meet up as well) played a brill set and they only had 2 rehearsals as well. 3 very talented , multi talented , from each playing 2 instruments and taking it in turns to sing lead. Most enjoyable night, TBH needed it after yesterdays work  that was manic. We had some high ups come round to see how the new setup was working (not) and one of them asked me how I was . Woops big mistake as he got it with both barrels , well I am all ways honest !! Area manager didn't like it , tough.
Well I was going to work on panel van today but so tired I just cant be bothered. Need to walk down chemist anyway as run out of hand cream and need heel balm, have always suffered from dry skin /cracks . That's something I inherited from my dad, that and my bald forehead ----------

Phone call from GIC, due to virus my interview on Monday will now be done on the phone. I was going up to Katie's but erring on the side of caution looks like that's off. Breaking news as I do this and its gone up from contain to delay what ever that means??

Well as I jump in to a load of cars every day I will be making sure I have my gloves on at all times, viruses stay on hard surfaces like steering wheels so if someone has sneezed -----------

Dear Davina:
Steering wheels, radio and instrument knobs and buttons, door handles, etc... all all suspect.   
Touch screens on phones, pads and computers are especially suspect.

Please be careful out there, even without the Coronavirus scare, the things that I mentioned are always germ laden.

Still felt knackered when I woke this morning, first test was 1/2 hr late starting (management <penis> up) so rushing my socks off. Started coughing again then chest got really tight (I was OK yesterday but coughing Wed at work) so came home . Not sure if it was asthma or stress but as soon as I got in my car it started to clear , rang docs and they phoned back saying see how it goes as its clearing. Still feels bruised on my sternum , doc said it takes a long time to recover after infection. The air quality was never very good at that site as bus fumes get trapped by the buildings. Time to make a move I think.
