They were booked up today-------- Rang at 8 .15 and they don't open till 8 , anyway said they will call me on Monday morning.
Have another 3 weeks of furlough , more panel van time!!! Hoping by tomorrow afternoon to start throwing colour .

Morning to my reader, its sunny with a good breeze and highs forecast of 15C .
Had a toss and turn night but feel okay , must have been that banana "cake" I ate before going to bed. I said "cake" as cooking 3 dishes at once forgot to put baking soda in with plain flour so its like a bread pudding, still fine to eat.

The original , Velvet green . its a slightly sage green , saw a pamphlet from 68 for VW for the all new T2 and its the same colour and trim spec as mine .
My lad is coming to help me fit cab doors this morning then he is going kayaking !!
Its a bit cold and cloudy today but supposed to brighten up later , hope so as need to do more paint.

Panel van painted this morning, still have sliding door to do as ran out of space. Cooked my bread , not to bad for first attempt just a little doughy at bottom .

Congratulations on first baked bread.... nothing better than when it first comes out of the oven and still warm, lots of butter and perhaps some jam..... one has to be careful to not eat the entire loaf of bread in that situation...
... so very, very good!!!

only had 2 slices ,will take some for mum this morning. Docs rang back, 9.10 appointment, ring us when you get here and sit in car and we will fetch you!! Well at least have the rest of the day to finish painting.

Managed to get blood test and anti T inj yesterday. Had to ring in when I got to docs, sit in car till fetched by nurse. She was in full Covid kit , made a good bruise taking blood as well.

Made myself more work, decided paint needs flatting and polishing , Not doing hands any good!!! lots of cream then.
Off for food shop (Wed again already!) waiting for FOG to clear , getting warmer 26C today .

Spent afternoon mostly cooking , made a pineapple upside down cake as bought a pack of pineapple chunks cheap with todays date on . Pork rolled lion joint same thing (use by today) and cooked a pork and lentil curry, piece left over got roasted. Then did a broccoli curry that's like a steamed stir fry . That should keep me fed till weekend and beyond .
Bored now (cant you tell) , its a nice warm sunny evening that's perfect to walk down the river and have a beer, that's a no go then------------

Might still have a beer though.

Feeling on a bit of a downer at the moment, transition on hold due to no visit to GIC so no electrolysis yet and delayed getting onto GRS list . Boobs have stalled and still not lost any weight, lack of energy not helping .
On the plus side my eye colour has darkened, was a very light blue/grey that's turned much more dark blue .
Just gone 9am so time to get my bum in gear, bit of random cloud about with some showers forecast this morning and cooler than yesterday 23C.
Will try another loaf but sourdough starter still not picked up, think that's what was up with first one as not active enough. Found a recipe that said it should float on water if its ready.

WOW.... you need to delete all of those bad vibes....

The good news is that your eye color is turning color a desired darker blue now....
and when the new loaf of sourdough bread comes out of the oven, enjoy it slathered with butter and perhaps jelly too... to heck with your diet.

Yes by all accounts , lots of posts on here saying it happens. I am OK today, just a bit peed of yesterday.
Very windy today (didn't have beans for tea!!) and turning cooler , 18C today. Making good progress on panel van , need some new bits but running out of ££s . Having to be very careful with monies as 80% of wages is not enough , saving on fuel not driving to work and mum has paid for my big food shop . Could be on furlough for months yet, depends when work picks back up. Still wanted to retire !!!so not complaining .
