Bloomberg / Sketchy comments

(1/1)

Haley Conner:
I was just reading that Bloomberg has made some interesting comments about the trans community:

"If your conversation during a presidential election is about some guy wearing a dress and whether he, she, or it can go to the locker room with their daughter, that's not a winning formula for most people," Bloomberg said at a Bermuda Business Development Agency forum on March 21, 2019.

March 3. In 2016, Bloomberg said that voters in the Midwest would react poorly to "the concept that some man wearing a dress should be in a locker room with their daughter." And a book of old quotes from Bloomberg from 1990, published in full for the first time by the Washington Post on February 15, cites the billionaire using a homophobic slur.

Maddie:
What if I don't want their daughter in the locker room with me?  ;)

Sorry if that's not  helping.   I really don't care, except that I am afraid of being around unknown women without witnesses.  Too many liars and too many willing to believe them.  Yes men liars too certainly omg.

Here's to hoping offensive comments make candidates unelectable instead of the other way around.

Rachel:
His comments about trans is very concerning.

Lady Sarah:
The Illinformed will certainly jump on his bandwagon and vote for him. In my personal opinion, he is just as bad as the one he wants to replace.

randim:
He is no prize, but still better than Trump.  But that's a low, low bar.
