Pammie, to get an accurate idea of what your weight is, you need to be weighing yourself daily, as the lovely Danielle said, and then average several measurements.

I'm trying to maintain my weight, and it's going pretty well. My last ten morning weight measurements, always taken while naked and after urinating, are as follows:

63.3kg
63.5kg
63.7kg
64.2kg
63.2kg
64.0kg
63.9kg
64.0kg
64.0kg
62.4kg

As you can see, there is considerable variation from day-to-day, of the order of +/-0.5kg generally, but today's figure is suspiciously low. What you shouldn't do is to take one reading of your weight in isolation, unless you want a rough snapshot of your weight. You particularly should not become despondent if the weight appears to have gone up by a couple of pounds (about 1kg) for no reason.

I’m having a tough week, Saturdays fall shook me up a lot and my ribs are still painful. Feeling sorry for myself.
Thank goodness for chocolate and gin!

Alright. I'm going to try and make you feel better. If you don't like it... sue me. :P

Pammie... you are gorgeous. You are warm, kind, sweet, gentle, smart, and the world is a better place for you being in it, okay? I know I'm not here a whole lot, but it makes me feel better knowing people like you are. To be that warmth this place needs.

I forgive you for the chocolate comment. (Ewwwwww. :P)

But seriously, sweetie, you should be proud of yourself. You're living a life so many people dare not live, even though it's their heart's greatest desire. You have so much strength inside you. Probably more than you realise. I know there have been debates around this stuff... but I am of the opinion that you need steel in your soul to be able to be yourself. To be able to make the choices you make and stand with your head high. That's testament to you, hon. It's something not everyone can do. So be proud of yourself, okay? Be proud of who you are, the wisdom you've given, and the light inside you. Because I'm extremely proud. And it's a privilege to know you.

Okay only about half of that was to make you feel better. The other half was me not being able to shut up once I got started. :P But you get the point. Pammie, you are a blessing to the world. You really are. You're a shining example of who people can be when they allow themselves to be. Keep being you, okay? Because you're kind of awesome.

*extra big hugs*
