'Email already registered' message on chat

Each time I try and log in to chat the 'claim your account' box comes up asking for my email and password. When I type in my email it says 'already registered' and I can't get past that. Any suggestions? I haven't used chat for a long, long time so maybe there's something I've forgotten.

You referring to the Discord chat or the IRC? Also your log in for the forums is separate from the chat log in.

Christine_Hart:
Discord. Seems to be the only option when I click on the chat tab, unless I'm missing something and being a total technomuppet... which wouldn't be surprising.

what username did you use last in Discord or what was your handle would be better because that has the name you chose and some numbers affiliated with it. Thanks

No idea, sorry. Haven't used it for ages.
