Gender fluid, and hormones
« on: April 21, 2020, 08:38:40 am »
I have accepted the fact that I am not fully a man, physically I am.... But emotionally I'm somewhere in-between man and woman..... Has anyone been where I'm at? Contemplating hrt? I want to soften my rough make edges, get rid of the brain fog.... I don't want SRS, but I do want to slide more feminine.....
Any help and or guidance would be greatly appreciated...
Thanks

I'm pretty much the same. I told my doctor that I embraced my male side, but wanted some more feminization (I was already showing the effects of using supplements) through HRT.

I didn't want surgery, and the main reason I ended up getting an orchi was that Spiro wasn't reducing my T, and I didn't like the side effects of it.

Be honest about your feelings and discuss your goals with your provider.  :)

I'm also very similar to you. Not wanting surgery, would like some low dose HRT to slide in the feminine direction.

I also call myself gender fluid, or just more generally non binary.

You are pretty mainstream as far as I'm concerned

I feel the same way sort of. I’m just somewhere in between, leaning femme but meh.. used to want srs but now idc, now I’m just on HRT wanting max feminizing effects but don’t really identify as a girl or a guy. Used to feel like HRT was a transition from one thing to another.. now it feels like just leaving everything behind and just go with the flow without expectations. Gender fluid or non binary sounds perfect. My advice is just do what feels good and don’t worry about the end. Hormones are magic though haha id totally recommend

GFY!  I have  a Dr appt coming up where I also plan to discuss HRT for the aame reasons.
Now Ive worked with this practitioner for over 25 yrs at the hospital and hope just being totally honest about my feelings and goals he allows me to begin with just informed consent.

I'm non-binary but I took female hormones so I could wear make-up under harsh sunlight with no texture, and have bigger cheekbones and softer eyes, things like that.

It was the best idea I ever had! Definitely don't regret it. They became their real selves.
