Genetic influence on prenatal hormones
« on: September 14, 2020, 04:08:02 pm »

I know this was on the front of the site today, but it won't be there forever.

Hugh, this seems to suggest that while it is prenatal hormones that control masculinization (or the lack thereof), the relevant hormone may be estrogen, and may have to do with the estrogen receptors in the brain, which are the result of genetic anomalies.  If this is true, you aren't wrong, but this does build on the idea.
