During the last one month, I have lost about 7 kg (16 lbs) from 73.4 to 66.4 kg (162 to 146 lbs) by exercise and diet. I have decreased the daily amount of rice, my major source of carbohydrate, by 2/3.
Just for today, I lost 1.3 kg (3 lbs) in 8 hours from the morning to the evening.

My goal is 65 kg (143 lbs), but now I can feel that my body is so light that I move like a bird. Just a decrease of 7 kg makes such a dramatic difference. Some of my friends say that I do not need to decrease further, but my body shape is different from most men or women. I know what is the optimum body weight for myself.
