Have you had these hot dogs, with these specific toppings?

ChrissyRyan:
Have you had these hot dog toppings?  If so, share out!

Typical:  Mustard, relish, ketchup, mustard, onions, chili, melted cheddar cheese, etc.

But how about these specific topping combos, or regional USA hot dogs:

“Chicago Dog”:  Vienna sausage with mustard, relish, celery sauce, pickles, onions, and tomatoes, on a poppy seed bun.

“Slaw Dog”:       Onions, chili, and cole slaw.  (Common in Southern USA)

“Seattle Dog”:   Cream cheese and often, onions and mustard.

“LA Hot Dog”:    mustard, grilled onion, it is bacon wrapped, also with mayo and peppers.

“Kansas City Dog”:   Swiss cheese, Caraway seeds, sauerkraut, and thousand island dressing.

Gertrude:
I prefer simple with dogs. mustard will do. Sometimes I like finely chopped onions and add sriracha. Ketchup is acceptable if nothing else is available.

Dear Gertrude:
Much like you do, I like just mustard  (lots of it)
...but, if available I would add chopped onions and sauerkraut...

Dear Chrissy:
.... and of course the Chicago Dogs are terrific:
“Chicago Dog”:  Vienna sausage with mustard, relish, celery sauce, pickles, onions,
and tomatoes, on a poppy seed bun.

Sauerkraut is fine. I haven't had it in a while.
