I really want to try Hákarl if I visit Iceland. Here we eat a similar one.

I do not think that I wish to try SURSTRÖMMING.
It sounds gross.

Surströmming is a lightly-salted fermented Baltic Sea herring, and it is a traditional food of the Swedish cuisine since at least as far back as the 16th century.
